Bubblemaker Course

Experience scuba diving under the direct supervision of a PADI Pro. Take your first breaths underwater in water shallower than 2 metres/6 ft.

What is the PADI Bubblemaker?

Bubblemaker is as fun as it sounds – a chance for kids to blow bubbles by scuba diving. Children who are at least 8 years old can use scuba gear to breathe underwater and swim around in shallow water.

Bubble Makers get a chance to:

  • Experience scuba diving under the direct care and supervision of a PADI Pro.
  • Take their first breaths underwater in water shallower than 2 metres/6 feet.
  • Learn about and use scuba diving equipment made for children – not adults.
  • Have lots of fun.

The PADI Bubblemaker Course is typically conducted in a pool or confined water environment to ensure safety and comfort for young participants. However, in sometimes with calm, shallow waters, it may be possible to do the Bubblemaker experience in the ocean, as long as the maximum depth of 2 meters (6 feet) is strictly followed.

At Haka Dive Center, we prioritize safety—let us know if you’re interested in an ocean-based Bubblemaker experience, and we’ll assess if conditions are suitable!
